Some personal insights:

I have been the President of the IFA since 1995 when I took over from Hans Christian Kollmann of Austria. The highlights in my term of office certainly include the World Games 2005 in Duisburg and 2009 in Taiwan. Plus the 2007 World Championship in Oldenburg and the fact that we launched the U18 World Championship in 2003 in Bozen. The 4th Championship was already held in 2010 in Barcelona.
